What I manage
- E-commerce platform projects: storefront builds, migrations and integrations across Magento, Digital River and CleverBridge.
- Software delivery: scoping, timelines, vendor coordination and getting things shipped, including fraud-solution integrations at Experian for US credit unions.
- Distributed dev teams: I’ve led web developers both local and offshore, ran coding workshops, and mentored juniors.
Track record
6.5 years leading global e-commerce operations at VMware (digital software delivery). 15+ years across multinationals, agencies and tech companies.
The AI edge
I also build AI agents with Claude Code, so I can automate reporting, monitoring and research inside the projects I run. See my AI agent work →
