I worked on the IEG Group (Interactive Engineering Group) working on Dell.com and Dell.ca projects doing client side work for their gaming website, e-mail campaign development/deployment and other e-commerce initiatives for Dell. Worked as well to create company pitch for multinational non-profit organization organization located in Costa Rica looking to have revamp of corporate website and developed idea to help client improve online presence, I developed the idea for this pitch.
Worked and deployed weekly email marketing campaigns successfully with third party vendor and teams in the US, Canada and Costa Rica.
I feel very happy to have worked in such professional world class company with such good reputation in the USA.

I developed from scratch online business targeted to Costa Rica companies looking for an online PBX system that will allow them to rent a toll free number and direct the calls to Costa Rica to their cell phones or offices here. I currently have clients in the travel, real estate and commercial sectors. I have an online system that helps users manage their numbers themselves. I am very happy to have developed this project on my own.

Part of the Int Information Services Group I helped maintain and manage a company extranet website used by agents around the world connected to a legacy back-end. Experience with Team Site's Interwoven (Enterprise level Content Management System) and a team of developers in India and project managers in the USA and Costa Rica.
Also I created, developed and maintained an intranet site used by the Costa Rica office to improve call center operations and office information, still in use today. This intranet project was my idea and I implemented the project during my free time. This intranet project is my success story during my work at Western Union.
